Pop Up Kitchen

Festival-style Eating

Relaxed, vibrant, and cooked live in West Cork.

Concept

For larger gatherings where you want a relaxed atmosphere, I recommend my Pop-Up Kitchen. Generous, flavourful, and social is served outdoors.

I set up my field kitchen at your venue, cooking with fire and fresh ingredients among your guests. It’s an interactive experience that bridges the gap between a private chef and top quality street food.

How It works

The Setup

I bring everything required, including a gazebo setup and cooking equipment. Power and running water are not necessary. Just a level site to pitch on.

The Food

Focussed on hero dishes – popular and big on flavour – cooked in large pans or on the grill. It’s not a buffet with 20 options; it's one or two incredible dishes, done perfectly.

The Service

Guests come to the station to be served and have a chat as their food is plated. It keeps the energy high and the formality low.

Perfect For

Weddings

Day before, day two, late on the main night.

Beer gardens, backyards, farms, sports

Almost any event with 50+ guests.
